MGs & Gap Financing

Reinvent Yellow Sales provides selective financing solutions directly linked to our international sales activities. For projects with strong international potential, we may support the financing structure through Minimum Guarantees (MGs) and targeted gap financing.

Our financial participation is always aligned with a clear global sales strategy and based on thorough market evaluation. We assess each project individually, working closely with producers to determine whether our involvement can strengthen the overall financing plan and international positioning.

EIF Cultural and Creative Sectors Guarantee Facility

Reinvent Yellow Sales is a Financial Intermediary under the Cultural and Creative Sectors Guarantee Facility (CCS GF). Through this programme, which is supported by the European Union under the Creative Europe Programme and managed by the European Investment Fund (EIF), we are able to mitigate risk when investing in Minimum Guarantees to European production companies.

The guarantee allows us to support selected projects within the cultural and creative industries, particularly SMEs, by facilitating access to financing that might otherwise be difficult to secure. Each project is assessed on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility under the facility.

All projects submitted through our Acquisitions process are automatically evaluated to determine whether they may benefit from coverage under the CCS Guarantee Facility. If you would like to know more about how the guarantee works, please contact: Acquisitions & Operations Manager, Kim Pijselman
