When journalist Nora Sand is approached by the mother of a young woman who has disappeared in Norway, she is drawn into a case the authorities appear eager to dismiss. Following a trail of fragmented clues, Nora uncovers signs of violence at a remote hunting cabin deep in the Norwegian forest. When police intervene, they discover a body, but it is not the woman Nora is searching for. The victim is a young man, and once his death is identified, official interest in the missing woman quickly disappears. What begins as a missing-person case evolves into a dangerous confrontation with a powerful cross-border network that controls information, loyalty, and silence. Based on Lone Theils’ acclaimed novels, DEVIL’S PLAN follows Nora Sand as she pursues a missing-person case that exposes far more than a single crime. As the third installment in the Nora Sand franchise, DEVIL’S PLAN continues an established literary IP while offering a self-contained case and a clear entry point for new viewers. The first two seasons, Fatal Crossing and The Pushover, have performed strongly both critically and commercially.
